If you are of a reserved and introvert nature, you have all serious reasons to boost yourself to go out and become a social animal. The same reason gifts the sociable people fond of parting hard and freaking out perfect excuses for what they are! - Its heart disease.

Yes, a new study has discovered that people who are shy or reserved in nature, are 50 per cent more likely to die either from a heart disease or even stroke!

Though the doctors yet don’t have an explanation or clue to why this happens, they are fairly convinced of the ‘link’ after the three decades-long study reveals this

Backed the study, a medical publisher Elsevier spokesman said,

These figures suggest it may be in your best interest to get out to the pub, go dancing or do dinner with your friends. Your life may depend on it!

Though the doctors claims no link between sociability and other ailments, this was found to be true even when factors more commonly linked to heart disease like smoking, high levels of cholesterol, and obesity were taken into account.

So, shy people along with the ‘Type A personalities,’ i.e. ambitious workaholics who are prone to stress and anger be aware! Along with growing high blood pressure, you may also develop heart disease for shying away with yourself.
