Eating garlic has nothing to do with your cholesterol level. This is not for the first time that this controversial fact has been hurled because earlier too many studies have come out proving garlic role in bringing down cholesterol level. At the same time, we should not forget there is no scarcity of such studies too that prove garlic effective against cholesterol formation.
If we keep in mind both controversial aspects then it becomes quite difficult to choose and repeatedly question arises that what aspect should we rely on and what not, which I think is against the soul of fundamental science. Therefore, researchers should try to come up with such concrete evidences so that at least one aspect of the whole study could be relied on.
